I definitely find vacations as great times in our lives. Whenever possible, I'm planning to go on a vacation, whether it is long- or short-term. Going on a vacation lets you free your mind, spend some time with your family, eat different foods, have some beers, and, all in all, escape from the normal routine. Nevertheless, if you want to enjoy your vacation thoroughly, you had better invest some time preparing.

A good vacation needs to be much planned. There are certain things that need to be discussed and which are thought very important for an excellent vacation. Following are few points necessary to keep in mind while planning or having a good vacation.

Turtle Island has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, including the Blue Lagoon. The people that work at Turtle Island are very kind and helpful; they want to make sure that your stay there is the best experience that it could possibly be. “Everyone who leaves Turtle Island, leaves with a smile on their face and a million memories in their heart” says the staff at Turtle Island.

Mackinaw Island is located in the upper part of Michigan between Lake Huron, Lake Michigan and Lake Superior. (Ebony 563) It makes a perfect place for a quick getaway. The tourist season runs from mid-May to mid-October. The Island, being only 8.2 miles around, looks like a small old-fashioned town. (Dana 223) As compared to Turtle Island, Mackinaw Island is usually packed with people making the main road look narrow. Often fifty bicycles or more are parked on both sides of the road every 300 feet. People are walking in every direction.
