Introduction

E-Learning

E-Learning is a flexible and powerful tool which wills individuals and groups appropriating new knowledge and skills to support computer networking technology. This allows for disseminating and accessing multimedia information using a simulator, while allowing interaction and collaboration with learners who may be scattered around the world. E-Learning today is developed using the World Wide Web, but in the future could include handheld computers with mobile wireless communications, cell phones, and devices of interaction that are articulated objects and artifacts of daily use(Bates, 2009).

The field of eLearning is developing very rapidly due to four main factors:

Availability of computer networks and high speed to provide information and services.

Growing need to "work with wisdom and continuous updating of skills.

Convenience of that education is just in time (often "from anywhere, as needed).

It is a cost-effective alternative to classroom education and corporate training in the classroom.

There is no doubt that eLearning is beginning to change the practice of education and corporate training. Unfortunately, many have not wanted to understand that to get "real learning" through eLearning is not enough to "put the information into the network" (Bates, 2009)

Constant training is a requirement of modern societies. With all the pressures of everyday life, to enable us to use the Internet is not a fad but a tool that will facilitate the continuous updating. Since the industrial revolution, education distance appears to facilitate the specialization of staff. And so on the progress of the times, technology has always presented different options to share information from print, radio conferencing, teleconferencing, videos and even CD-ROMs supported by post and telephone calls. With Internet has taken another step in the field of distance education making it a virtual experience. E-Learning is the way to designate this type of education provided through the Internet. In an e-Learning environment entity education should provide information whether text, multimedia, video or audio through a normal web site with restricted access. At the beginning validates each user to enter and it keeps their reports advances in exercises and course material. Support from instructors is given by e-mail, text chat and you, messengers, discussion forums or even video ...
