Executive Summary

ECO Water's three-year marketing plan has been created by its owners to secure additional funding for growth and to inform employees of the company's current status and future direction. Since our launch five years ago, ECO Water has experienced excellent revenue growth and increased market penetration. However, expansion outside our regional market is vital to ECO Water's future success.

Company Description

Located in the western Pennsylvania hill district, ECO Water was based five years before by entrepreneurs Sam Chambers and Brad Phillips. Chambers acquired an undergraduate trading stage and worked some years in the carbonated supple beverages (CSD) commerce for a manufacturer of all-natural, with added flavor frozen teas. Phillips acquired an undergraduate stage in chemistry and worked for businesses in the preserving and recycling industries. Phillips had an opening to suppose ownership of his family's 20 acre ranch (known as ECO Water Farm), which comprises a defended natural jump with an unlimited provider of jump water. Phillips and Chambers, life-long associates, acquiesced to pool their know-how, assembled a preserving facility on the ranch and based ECO Water, Inc.

 

ECO Water's Mission and Goals

ECO Water's objective is to be the premier manufacturer and marketer of embodied jump water in its (current and future) circulation localities, for health-conscious, hardworking buyers of all ages. ECO Water wants to teach persons about the advantages of consuming its jump water and defending water as a natural resource. In supplement, ECO Water strives to maintain the natural environment through support of recycling programs and incorporating manufacturing to decrease its carbon footprint.
