Selection and Sources of Subjects

The qualitative research approach is used. Qualitative research is more subjective than quantitative research. They are very different methods of collecting information, which is used both primary and secondary.

Secondary research was conducted by a variety of sources, including libraries and the Internet. Some libraries have been visited for data collection in the value of books and magazines. To carry out proper research an ideal person has to be defined, out of which, a sample has to be dispatched for survey by different sources. However, to make the research more authentic, qualitative research has to be carried out in the former of descriptive questionnaire. Lastly, before completing the report, the qualitative data thus collected has to be analysed properly and then drive final conclusion (Edwards, 1993).

The research contains two parts, firstly “secondary Research” in which the researcher will go through various research papers, electronic journals and database. Whereas for “primary Research”, different methods that will be used to collect information from companies.

Experimental Procedure

The research is done so by utilizing interpretive research philosophy which believes in the complexity of the business and management world. In order to do this in effective way, the survey will be depending on the finding out that generate from the exploratory research. There is more subjectivity to the pattern of qualitative research compared to quantitative research methods. Qualitative methods have more space for the collection of information and data in terms of primary and secondary aspects. As mentioned above, this particular study is based on secondary methods, so the research will be exploratory and open. Qualitative research is generally less expensive compared to quantitative research and is most effective in terms of information acquisition. Qualitative methods are the method of choice, especially when information can be collected with quantitative measures.  Secondary research aims at gathering information through various media such as radio and television, literature, publications and other sources that are classified as non-humans.

This is a confirmed truth in the sense that survey needs a large sample so as to generalize its findings. It is obvious that large survey discourages research quality concise result analysis but allows a quantity of information when static approach is considered.

Questionnaires is seen by the author as a kind of interview in a standard form since it is still the same for of sourcing and gathering information from people answering a specific question on a research process as compared to unstructured approach. According to Kumar (2005), interview and Questionnaire approaches differ. Interview is ...
