Introduction

During the mid-1990s, there was a growing emphasis on early education and finding ways of stimulating the learning process of children enrolled in kindergarten through sixth grade (K-6). To closely integrate play into the learning process, a group of teachers in the Philadelphia school system formed a company to address this market. This company was named EduTot.

EduTot worked with developmental psychologists and specialists in educational toys and games to develop a layered set of educational games and toys that included a series of computer software modules. EduTot decided to expand its operation internationally, recognizing that markets outside the United States may have a similar need for products that integrate play into the learning process to stimulate children K-12 education to range 6.

Global Expansion

Global expansion has totally transformed the human life and EduTot performances. The world has now become more than every enriching and challenging place to work with different cultures, nations and systems. EduTot is trying to operate outside USA to Germany and Japan. The world has watched the proliferation of EduTot from USA and later from the developing economies. For this purpose, it has become necessary for almost all companies to operate in their own locality first, and when they have enough control over their area of origin, then they must go national and then international. This is the need of the time and the demand of customers, otherwise in this highly competitive environment it becomes almost impossible to survive (Wernerfelt 1999: 178). EduTot has been chosen for advice it on the possibility of participating more actively in the national and global market is Germany and Japan. EduTot provides education in the USA. It is a private firm operating in different cities of the country.

EduTot should develop a standardized implementation of international marketing strategy. Standardization strategy by standardizing business objects can be divided into product standardization strategy, service standardization strategy, strategic management systems and business process standardization strategy. To implement standardization strategy, we must do the following: First, the establishment of a standardized management or full-time positions, according to the requirements of the target market to choose the appropriate standards, improve the standard system; Secondly, the active use of international standards and advanced foreign standards, adopt international standards work with international standards formulation and revision of synchronization. Strive to influence their standards of international standards (Pacek et al. 2007: 25). Next, speed up product and management system certification. EduTot must pass the mandatory certification target market, efforts to obtain voluntary certification; must carry out ISO9000, ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 system certification (or integrated management systems certification), establish and perfect standardized management system.

Infrastructure Of The Target Countries

EduTot locations will range in size from 950 - 1000 meter square and will seat from 500-1000 students. Today High School has within its infrastructure apart from its four central buildings with the following annexes.
