Introduction

This assignments is based on the whole team effort of ours. By working as a team we came to know the real advantage of working wid more than two people. It not only makes your task easy, but it also adds creativity to your work. This is because each individual is gifted with some talent, if these talents combine in the form of team and grup, then the work being accomplished will be distincitive. We as a whole team presents the effectivieness of the theam in our paper. At first, I was doing the work load by myself, thinking that it is an easy tasks and does not requires any team. But eventually when I got into a team I understood the importance of working with a group of people. You get to interact with eachother, you share things, you solve your queries and any other questions arising. This is the same scenario which we witnessed while doing our work in a group or a team.

Teams are the fundamental unit of decision-making and execution, learning, and innovation in organizations today. Teams are usually part of even larger teams, and as a result of our global reach, usually consist of a virtual dimension comprised of people from across hierarchical and functional boundaries. They require a deliberate approach to form and launch the teams, and a skillfully used and collaborative environment allows them to perform at the highest levels. A highly capable team shares common understanding and purpose, has a high degree of trust and confidence in one another, and develops a unique team competence as a result of guided deliberate experience. Teams of Leaders cross boundaries and work collaboratively where there is little authority or chain of command. They are driven by their shared vision and purpose. Teams of Leaders make and execute decisions effectively. They continuously learn and adapt, drawing on and building organizational, inter-organizational, and global knowledge resources and relationships (Cohen, 2007 ).

Group Dynamics And Organisational Behavior

A group is defined as "a set of two or more people who interact with each other to achieve a group goal (Campion, 2009 )." While there are many types of groups we have been given three styles of groups to identify with; task groups, command groups, and friendship groups. I don't feel there is one specific characteristic responsible for effective team work and the accomplishment of group goals. Rather, a team should resemble the human body and its complexities. In the human body you have various organs that support a unified goal of providing a quality, healthy life. Likewise, there are many characteristics, that when operating in unison allow for quality teamwork (Butler, 2009 ).

The team initially must have a purpose, a reason for existence. Past that the team will need to have goals: specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely goals.
