A large population of heroin addict exists today in the world that has become a victim of this mess. It was basically formed as a medicine for use in treatment of patients. This drug went to streets as a result its abuse started occurring due to impulsive effect it creates on human mind for few moments (Fernandez, 1998).

Heroin consumption creates a euphoria effect by creating changes in the chemical composition present in brain. Its use directly induce a relaxation state which makes a person float in fantasy as sense of perception get block temporarily by using heroin (Miller, 2002). Abuse of heroin by people with a long-term history of using heroin creates conceal signs in and symptoms that are evident in individual's physical appearance with devastating impact on social life of a person.
