Team definition

According to Daft (1999), a team meeting of the people has more than one person, who works together in time of interaction and coordination in order to achieve a common goal. It usually consists of less than fifteen people, but can also form in large quantities. Members should have regular interaction in order to develop the project together. This means that all the team need to share ideas in the performance of a specific task or project to achieve the goal.

Team Member Selection

Teams have different functions and tasks, so it is important to select team members. From an organizational perspective, it is preferred to select members based on personal qualities, abilities, skills and availability. For the formation of the team average performance and a professional team, there are requirements to be eligible members with a clear identity and clear expectations. Selection is based on individual capabilities, knowledge and certain professional qualifications. Professional team usually requires a high personal commitment to achieve the objectives and the development of the user and the success (Robbins, 2001).
