Introduction

English learning and teaching process is an academic act which required both teachers and students. Both students and teachers have their own unique level of understanding, and, who possess their own way of teaching and learning. Teaching styles is said to be an enduring preferences lies in an individual and they tend to vary with each other: therefore, the style adopted by teacher is key element to better identify and understand the teaching and learning process. Teaching and learning styles are seemed to correlate with each other and tutor usually teaches in the way he or she experienced or learnt. It is deemed on student side that they pay most attention when their teachers tend to use teaching style which matches to their learning styles. A major amount of research related to learning styles indicates that student are in better position to learn, achieve better and progress when their courses are set in such pattern that they correlate with their learning style preferences (Felder & Silverman, 1988, pp.674-681). It is also preferred that student tend to be more motivated towards learning when their teachers pay adequate attention to their learning style.

English as a foreign language is trapped with many challenges. One of the basic challenges is the requirement to employ teaching strategies that identify students' learning styles. On the other hand, equally important for the students to define, identify and understand learning styles. Matching and Mismatches between EFL student teachers teaching and student learning styles need to be identified. Teachers as well as students are required to know how to adapt the efficient methods of instructions that can help both sides in their progress. EFL students have great impact on their achievements through effective teaching strategies. EFL student teachers teaching styles match and mismatch widely depends on their students' attitude and self-efficacy. EFL tend to be more pro-active if teaching styles correlates with their learning style and attitude plays an important role in it. Their attitude tends to be varying a lot with the teacher background and teaching environment. There is no doubt about student achievement vary teacher to teacher teaching style. Moreover, every student is different and has different capacity of utilizing towards teaching styles. Learning style varies with respect to culture and society of where student is residing, age, emotional intelligence and previous learning experience they had at home as well as at school.

Learning is considered to be humanistic process. It is deemed to be a fact that every human is differentiate from other species on their ability to learn.
