Elective Caesarean

Elective Caesarean

Aims and Objectives

The aims and objectives of the study will help in the direction of the approach and development of the understanding related to the caesarean rates in UK. The aim and objective of the research is to find out the reasons and the factors as to why the elective caesarean rates are increasing and to address whether or not the elective caesarean rates are increasing and if they are increasing then what are the main causes and reason for the increment. The researcher will be looking into the factors and the current medical situations and various scenarios of the patients and the hospitals which lead to the conclusion that the patient would have to go for caesarean.

The aims of objectives of this study are:

To analyze the increasing trend towards the adoption of caesarean rates.

To access and analyze available information related to the hospitals and medical staff about their motivating the patients towards caesarean rates.

To assess current practices and provide future implications related to the caesarean rates in the country.

The research questions which the work will address are:

What are the factors contributing to the increasing rate of elective caesarean?

Are the hospitals, doctors and medical staff one of the contributing factors?

Is there really a necessity of going for caesareans for the patients matching with the rates of its increment?

The main hypothesis of the paper is:

Is there is a necessity for the would-be-mothers to go for caesarean as much as the rate is increasing in the country?

Are the patients themselves inclined towards going for caesarean or the hospitals and the medical staff making them do so?

Abstract

The aim and objective of the research is to find out the reasons and the factors as to why the elective caesarean rates are increasing and to address whether or not the elective caesarean rates are increasing and if they are increasing then what are the main causes and reason for the increment. The main problem of this paper is to address the main cause as to why the caesarean rates are increasing in the country? The size and nature of the problem is huge. It is affecting the whole medical procedures of the country. This research is important because an elective caesarean or elective caesarean section is when the mother chooses to deliver her baby surgically, and the procedure is scheduled in advance (warringtonandhaltonhospitals.nhs.uk).

Many factors contributed to the overall increase in caesarean section rates, including improved anesthetic and surgical techniques, lower risk of postoperative complications in the short term, demographic and nutritional factors, and perceived safety of the procedure by providers and patients. The settings of the research plan are that the primary and secondary research both will be followed in this research plan. The secondary data will be collected through different online journals and articles and the primary data will be collected through the survey questionnaire. For the primary data, the research design adopted in this study is qualitative research. This research has also collected secondary data for the literature ...
