Elevated plus Maze Study to Assess the Male Rat's Anxiety related Behavior

Participant/Subject

50 male rats are studied in this experiment. These rats are ordered from Harlon Laboratories. These rats are aged between 6 months to a year. These rats are then divided into 2 separate groups and the lights in the colony room are set to 12hr/12 hr light dark cycle. Randomly half of the rats received Fonzium and half are provided with the control of the vehicle.
