Introduction

With our global computerization, both at work and at home, with the current availability and low cost of Internet e-mail has become widespread. The use of new technologies in the business environment has led to the emergence of a new framework. The introduction of information technologies like the Internet and particularly email is twofold. On one side is considered indispensable for the operation of any company, also leading many advantages, but also may involve certain uses and behavior contrary to the interest thereon. The rapid advance of new technologies in this area has produced a revolution for which, in many cases companies were neither prepared nor had evaluated the workers could use some tools to make certain no limits.
