There is a demand for the application of risk related framework throughout the efforts that are made by homeland securities regarding the identification and evaluation of the potential hazards, knowing the levels of risks that can be treated as acceptable, as well as allocating and prioritizing the resources in order to protect and prevent from all types of incidents. An optimal approach towards the management of risks would allow gaining a whole efficiency and effectiveness to secure the homeland. To create this approach, the concerned bodies have to enhance the managements through the adaptation of basic risks analysis standards as well as principles (Homeland security, 2002).
