ABSTRACT

This research study is an attempt to study the levels of employee motivation at Mc Donald, Oxford Street, London. Motivation is the degree to which an individual wants and chooses to engage in certain specified behaviors. Both elements, the wanting and choosing, must be present for motivation to be enacted. The methodology used for this study is quantitative methodology. A questionnaire was distributed to the employees working in Mc Donald, Oxford Street, London in order to know the factors that motivate them to work. Most of the employees working Mc Donald emphasized that they would be able to work in a better way if motivated in a better way.
