Introduction

The role of endothelium derived hyperpolarizing factor is quite high in the case of patients who suffer from hypertension, diabetes and heart problems. The vascular endothelium release a diffusible factor that hyperpolarizes and makes the vascular muscles relaxed because of the activation of various channels. During the heart circulation, the endothelium derived hyperpolarizing factor appears to be an arachidonic acid epoxide, which plays a vital role in the maintenance of heart blood flow in arteries. The endothelium even plays a crucial role in vascular homeostasis by releasing various autacoids. The basal synthesis of these autacoids produces a great effect because of the increase in the cell deformation which creates independent stimuli known as hypoxia. Apart from this cellular release, one of the most interesting thing that happens is the formation of various acids in the body that cab cause a major impact in the body. These acid reactions must be noticed properly that takes place in the human body, but it is essential that all the enzymes must not harm the whole human body.
