Introduction

The purpose of this study was to analyze the METHOD of engaging with vulnerable person(Carmel) having epileptic and got mild autism .Referring to the scenario depicted in this case Carmel 19 is a vulnerable and sensitive patient as describe by the following scene,

“ The doctors discuss her progress and one of the male doctors tries to examine her without adequately explaining what he is about to do. Carmel starts to shout out for help.She perceives this to be a personal rather than a medical encounter as no one has explained that the doctors were coming to see her. The doctors seem puzzled and the nurses try to comfort her but she is inconsolable, they ask you to sit with Carmel and try to calm her down which you manage to do. ”

According to the above mention scene the treatment given to Carmel should be in a more caring way. In which daily medicine and other requirements are done according to her wishes. Good wellbeing and good feature are fundamental to practice as a doctor or midwife. This guidance is to help Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) approved educational institutions and their service partners (referred collectively as 'programme providers') to ensure consistency about how the NMC's requirements for good health and good character are interpreted and put into practice. Programme providers have responsibility for ensuring that applicants meet the defined NMC requirements for entry to and continued maintenance on approved programme leading to registration. (Nagai,2004,216)

People with discovering disabilities may find it tough to fit in with mainstream society. This can be for several causes, as they may face prejudice and discrimination in their everyday lives. They might not have the proficiency to competently broadcast with other people.(Cheuk, 2006,23) They may not realise certain facets of communal etiquette, or they may easily find it tough to get access to their localized groups and community services.(Nagai,2004,216) In short, they are not habitually amply defended like other persons in humanity as they are occasionally omitted from it.

 It is for this cause that persons with discovering disabilities may be categorised as vulnerable. Their vulnerability might be due to their discovering disability, personal disability, sensory impairment or illness. Generally, a susceptible individual is somebody who is elderly over 18, but may not have the proficiency to not only gaze after themselves, but may furthermore be at risk because they can't defend themselves from damage or exploitation.

It is a sign of the progress we have made in the area of learning disability that it is possible to consider three previously taboo subjects in one paper. Before 1979, there was no published English clinical or theoretical paper which examined either talking treatments for persons with discovering disabilities, treatment for those who survived physical and sexual abuse or, specifically, talking remedy for survivors of abuse that also have learning disabilities.
