Planning New Production Lines for Vehicles

Planning a new production line for any manufacturing company or for any other organizations contains making a logical plan for working. This work may be performed by humans, machines or computers. This field usually falls to manufacturing or industrial engineers, however, managers in manufacturing line also make major decisions that can affect the planning or production process (Hartley, 1992, p.15).

One of the most important aspects of a new production or manufacturing planning procedure is scheduling. Software automated planning will track and plan that machines and humans are performing jobs at any time of the night or day. Few decisions for setting up will depend on practical considerations as the availability of machines and workers, and some other decisions will depend upon some other considerations like the government regulations as well as electricity cost.

The automated planning procedures also allocate priorities to diverse tasks, depends on the needs defined by the association. Priorities will vary according to the conditions of business.

For manufacturing a quality product from our new assembly line, we will install machines of new technology for the innovation in our vehicles (Hartley, 1992, p.17).

For constructing individual parts of vehicles or car we will construct various plants for the manufacturing of parts. The parts that cannot be manufactured here in the company these all will be imported from other company's quality construction plant, after manufacturing or purchasing the parts we will assemble it (Jaguar Land Rover confirms new UK plant, 2011).

We are also working to improve the quality of engine. For such purpose working is continued for the development. For betterment of the process of manufacturing we will hire a team of experts.
