Describe how Enron could have been structured differently to avoid such activities? Enron Corporation was one of the largest global energy, services and commodities companies, which provided risk management and financial services to the clients around the world. The base of this company was the activities performed throughout the company that cause them the downfall they had suffered. According to (Personal Writer 2005) Enron management was ran very poorly, I believe that certain activities could have been performed by the correct people, and not just pushed off on other management depts. That really did not know what they were doing, for the functions of very operations management department was limited. So to me it was like they were just putting off work to other areas that really was not trained and familiar with what was going on in the Enron Corporation.
