CHAPTER 04: DISCUSSION

4.1 Introduction

Climate change and other pressures make it desirable that more Robust and Environmentally Friendly (REF) buildings are constructed. This dissertation considers how clients might be encouraged to commission more Robust and Environmentally Friendly buildings. Cost to build a house and simultaneously protect the environment and sustainable manner. Many people doubt that this is feasible and similar statements or keep such a rumour.  This is done by her special way of construction and their energy properties (Curwell 2008, pp. 17).

4.2 Short-Term And The Long-Term Benefits Of Building

4.2.1Low Energy House as Energy Efficient House

This is a primary energy demand is required; the lower by at least 20 percent must be less than the allowable maximum value for a comparable building. Moreover, the loss of at least 30 percent of Tran's emission is less than the maximum value allowed. This is usually achieved when the annual heating energy per square meter of 40-79 kilowatt hours (Crawley 2009, pp.300). This is annual heating oil consumption in the mean pre-heated house from four to eight liters per square meter. Here also are particularly energy-saving doors used.

4.2.2 KFW-60 House and KFW-40-House as Energy-Efficient Homes

The name of these two types of houses comes from the KfW banking group. This promotes long-term loans through various projects that deal with the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions. These include, among other things, the two house types are mentioned. In a kfw-60-house, the annual primary energy demand cannot exceed 60 kilowatt hours per square meter. In a kfw-40-house, the limit is 40 kilowatt hours. In addition, two types of houses must be the annual Trans emission losses by at least 30 percent below the maximum limit which are also a special parquet floor are reached.

4.2.3The Three-Litre House as Energy Efficient House

In a three-litre house to the annual primary energy demand, the 30-kilowatt-hour barrier does not exceed or only ...
