My Standards of Ethics and Integrity

Integrity, the antonym is dishonesty and the synonym is honor. This paints a fairly clear image about these two words. Honesty is a pure ethical principle through which an individual can profit from esteem and honor.

Developing a code of ethics is the most significant thing an individual can do. Such a code is essential for humans because of our capability to reason. Our proficiency to request reasonable considered to the perform of our inhabits is what makes mankind more than just an animal with an intriguing thumb. These reasonable ideas could very effortlessly lead us to awful actions, for what is in our best concern is often hurtful to others.

However there is another proficiency, peculiar to humans solely, that holds most of us on the right path. Our proficiency to understand what is right and what is wrong.

My personal ethics and development

My own code is one that withstands explanation by the standards of most of the well renowned ethical theories. It comprises of four straightforward and directly ahead rules, directions that manage not adjust or change with the move of society's standards or the transient of time. The four directions are so straightforward to recall but may require a bit of explanation.

1) Mine first.

2) Serve the larger good (unless it violates direct number one).

3) Serve fairness and comply the regulation except the regulation does not assist justice.

4) Respect the divinity of Mind.
