Introduction

Factors rights or Ergonomics (Ergonomics or human factors) is the science in examining the interaction between human and other elements and uses the information, theories and design methods to improve human life and overall performance. Issues relating to ethics are perhaps the most exciting. Interest in ethics is a fairly long history and is manifested in people of different professions and hobbies. The solution of problems of human life must inevitably lead to a more precise definition of the foundations of morality. The latter should have no immediate pleasure, but the completion of the normal cycle of existence. Consequently, the essence of morality and ethics as a real social phenomenon, whose existence is fraught with the first efforts of people to live and work together, first spontaneously and then intentionally combining, is that it is vital for the survival of people ordering their social life. Therefore, currently pays great attention to studying the ethical business practice, business and management to improve the cultural level of these relations. There are complex reasons for the emergence of interest in business ethics and ethics management in particular. Chief among them - the total damage of unethical, dishonest business conduct is felt not only consumers but also producers, business partners, employees, society at large, exceeding that of public harm on individual or group benefit. The purpose of this research paper is to explore definition of ethics and to highlight the ethical issues involved in human factors design, as well as reveal the impact of ethics on the culture of the business relationship.

Discussion

In the business world, and particularly in the conduct of a trade, the implementation of a strategy, the omission of relevant information or misinformation can be economically beneficial. Indeed, one could say that a business has been good not only because it benefited both parties, but because one has taken greater advantage (from the point of view of the latter).
