The research method used for this particular study is the qualitative research. This study was conducted in three different regions. A set of 30 item, three section IS questionnaire was distributed in three different regions.129 were in the western USA, 176 in Oman and 215 in South Korea. The survey and questionnaire was based on a total of 520 bank employees. This was done to ensure clarity of questionnaire items. After the distribution of the questionnaire, it was told to the participants that their signatures were required on consent forms .The motive behind distributing the questionnaires was to generate authentic results from this study.
