Event Background

One of the most remembered event in the world history is September 11, 2001 that resulted in series of four attacks of terrorism carried out in United States using hijacked airliners.19 hijackers took complete control of the domestic flights of U.S. airlines. After taking power of the aircraft, they blasted them to the known targets in the U.S. Officially, it is assumed that the towers collapsed as a result of breach of the steel superstructure of buildings, partly due to aircraft impact, and then as a result of intense fires initiated by the exploding jet fuel. The attack killed 2,973 people (Dixon, 2004).

Recommendations for the Future

Such kind of happenings can be controlled by increasing the level of security and check and balances. More monitoring devices such as cameras should be fixed to monitor the movements of people. The country should try to deal with such threatening terrorist groups through dialogue. This strategy will directing reduces the threats of terrorism, but a continuous monitoring on the activities of foreigners should be done.

Planning

Four commercial airliners, in the following California airports from Logan, Dallas and Newark, were captured by terrorists during the flight. Since the length of routes liners was approximately 4200 km, they were on board for about 30-35 thousand litters of kerosene. American Airlines Flight 11 September 11, 2001 , the aircraft 767 -200, tail number N334AA, crashed into the north side of the North Tower (WTC-1), according to various estimates, from 8:46:26 to 8:46:40 (hereafter local time), at approximately 94-98 floors. United Airlines Flight 175, a Boeing 767-200, tail number N612UA, crashed into the south side of the south tower (WTC 2) in 9:02:59, at approximately 78-85 floors. American Airlines Flight 77, airplane Boeing 757 -200, crashed into a building the Pentagon at 9:37:46. United Airlines Flight 93, Boeing 757-200, [12], tail number N591UA, crashed in a field in south-western Pennsylvania, near the city Shenksvill at 10:03:11. Crash site is located approximately 240 km north of Washington.

Infrastructure

Projects that can capture the imagination of the American people put forward a lot.
