Introduction

For any individual to transform into an authentic leader the individual needs to be natural irrespective of the circumstance. An Individual should only demand from his or her team member which the leader can personally achieve. Precisely the leader should lead form the front or from his or her example. A leader should transform his or herself as a role model for his or her team so that the leader can demand the respect which forces the individual to follow the footsteps of the team leader. Leadership is the set of capabilities that a person possess to influence the minds of people or a group of determined people, making this team work with enthusiasm and towards a common goal.

However, many experts tends to agree with the fact that it is the leadership which forces an individual to take initiatives, manage, hold, promote, encourage, motivate and evaluate a group or team. Leadership also involves managing the whole team effectively (Mahce, 2010). It involves the ability to delegate the authority within the team members. The values of any organization tend to extract its roots from its leadership, and approach the leadership tends to adopt. The behavior adopted, by the leadership of an organization will involuntarily be injected into the other staff members. When the behavior of leadership and the behavior of the staff tend to fall in line with each other, a unified behavior starts to gain its roots. As the unified behavior starts to gain its roots it also paves the way for the core values and mission of the company to be reflected in the everyday operations of the organization, thus; it serves the basis for the development of the strong organizational behavior.

Since it is the leaders of the organization who tends to set the path for the rest of the employees to follow. The employees tend to look upon the leadership in case of any situation. The approach which the leadership tends to follow is bound to have the trickledown effect.

As a leader one should be capable enough to select the right time for the decision which transforms a manager into a successful leader. As pointed out that it is counted amongst the basic roles of a leader to associate in a process of taking the initiative and allows the entire team to become a part of it. However, the key to success of any team is the ability of the team members along with the leadership to take different idea into its fold. Thus, in the context of this paper the light will be thrown upon the researcher's purpose as a leader in regard to the organization. Plus the plan of the researcher in this context will also be identified and the approach the researcher tends to adopt. Based on the characteristics identified above in the course of this paper the rest of the paper tends to be based on such an approach.
