A Statement of Opportunity: Provide a clear and concise statement of the opportunity to be addressed. The opportunity statement should be no more than two or three sentences and, in many cases, a single, well-crafted sentence is sufficient.

The recent lowering of the rates of the different medical service providers has already threatened us because as a medical practice, we either lower our rates and fall to losses or simply stay the same and lose our clients. There is an opportunity to be seized here because as an administrator of an established medical practice in orthopedic surgery, it would fall upon me to be the one to make specific decisions regarding the direction of the practice and where we would like to concentrate as a group One of the things that would need specific attention is the fact that there is an opportunity to be able to provide high quality medical services to other sectors of the community. This will be done via the service delivery. One of the examples that can be gleaned from such a service is the availability of high quality medical services. This can only be done by finding a competitive edge that we as a medical practice, can only provide. One of the proposals that can be looked into here is the ability to be able to provide.

Because of this, it is important to identify thriving cottage industries because the problem could be mandated to apply industrial and a corporate development for the solution. It has been sought after that different market reformers have looked for ways to be able to transform medicine into a modern corporate system (Perkins, 2004) This is cited because the difference is in the sense that it offers its services for a fee simply because the consumer or the patient trades in comfort and convenience in the sense that MRI scans could now be possible if there is a possibility of the medical practice having a portable MRI.

Impact on Organizational Structure: Discuss the importance of an executive director's vision in turning the challenge into an opportunity. Identify the organizational structures that would be most affected by this situation and explain the impact on each organizational structure identified.

One of the most significant contributions of an executive director to an organization's vision is to be able to turn that particular organization around despite whatever setbacks that may befall upon it. One of the things that will be challenging us as a medical practice is the competition's ability to lower their price and still maintain business there are various changes in technology, culture of work, societal expectations as well as economic states that will happen in one's lifetime. This new problem that has beset the company is one of the things that should be focused on. As administrator, it is my vision to be able to fully steer the practice into safe and profitable waters
