Introduction

What is the best thing about sociology? Certainly, it is that one can take it anywhere he wants. Sociological hypotheses, techniques, and critiques made it doable to virtually research anything where social relationships happen to exist, in fact wherever the finger mark of human beings has ever touched—sociology has played its part.

Apart from the many diversities of “sociology” in modern-day theory, the role of social relationships may be the single commonality. Social affiliations have always been a fundamental of sociological agreements of the world. One has to believe that sociology plays a vital role in any human behavior. It is also persistent to mention that social theories are being tested to perfection and are an exact reflection of human conduct. One can easily predict the public response by keeping in view the sociological hypotheses. (Maryanski & Turner 1992, Pg 213-215)

Every social aspect of life has its own way to handle and by following the specific behavior one can manage his actions and can predict the reaction they are going to cause. Every social aspect of life is inter-linked with the other, and an action taken in accordance to one aspect can generate response in the other aspect, whether positive or negative.

Discussion and Analyses

Social Life is a relation of one social entity with other social entities. All the human beings are social entities and their interpersonal relationship generates a social life. It's like a chain reaction and each social relation joined together formulates the complete social life of a person. The inability to take care of these small social linkages results in the disrupters of the whole relationship.

As Shakespeare once said that life is like a stage and we all are the actors of this arena. Likewise a person has to play many roles in his life. But he surely has to set the priorities as to which role is more important while which is not as compared to the first. Setting out these priorities is the actual hard job, deciding among the people is a heck of an affair and one has to be extremely careful in setting his priorities, as his decisions are to effect other individuals. (Ammerman 1982, Pg 170-171)

Everyone related to that particular person is counting on him for certain matters or affairs. Father is hoping he will obey his orders, wife wants him to stand by her, kids have lots of issues to be settled by him, boss at office is counting on him to carry out official work. Family, friends and relatives also have some feelings related to him. The person has now to decide whom he is going to entertain first, either his father or wife or even the boss ...
