Shelf life stability nano-encapsulated (pentapeptide) in sport drink

The sport drink that I will be producing would be having protein (pentapeptides) in it that will be encapsulated through nanoparticles. The nanoparticles in the sport drink will help in extension of its shelflife and therefore I will be having enough time to sell the product and plan all the related activities in an effective way. The sport drink will be placed in cool place with stable temperature, as it will be beneficial in preserving the sport drink for a longer period of time. Conversely, if the sport drink is not opened it can be stored in the pantry till expiration date. There are two kinds of sport drinks that will be offered by the company sport drink diet and sport drink regular. The shelf life of regular and diet soft drink is elaborated in the following table.

Packaging

I will be taking great care in packaging of sport drink, as it is one of the most important things that help in presenting a final product to the market. The sport drink that I will be launching will have three attractive sizes with colorful label on it with sporty features. The sizes of the sport drink bottles will be 500 ml, 1 litre and 1.5 litre. The quality of product will be preserved through effective packaging (Nicholls; Roslow & Laskey, 2011). I will be taking help from the packaging professionals in order to bring more creativity in the product design.
