Introduction

By definition, work-life balance is a balance between work, and secret life is to be understood. Money and career are no longer top priority for diverse of her professional life. It is important to them to bring their private interests or their understanding of family life with the demands of the workplace in line(Hochschild,1997). These include the well-being at work, the fun part of their professional and a good relationship with superiors and colleagues. A waiver of income gets taken for the benefit of these goals. The achievement of work-life balance gets also used as a mission of providing resources considered. Here, are the most time, money and decision latitude named, besides also personal characteristics in terms of physical, cognitive, emotional and social resources (Lyonette, & Crompton, 2008, 506-521).

Why Work-Life Balance is important today?

In recent decades, women's participation in the labor force has been significantly increased, which makes the question of work life balance even more important. Further improvements are still pending, in particular as regards working conditions, recognition of unpaid work of women, the 'provision of support for child care and the elimination of discriminatory practices and laws that prevent access to property and inheritance Graham,1995).. One of the key priorities of the Decent Work Agenda is to promote decent and productive work and income opportunities equal for men and women. The mainstreaming of gender in the promotion of employment can promote productivity and economic growth, human resource development, sustainable growth and poverty reduction more effectively. However, the work-life relationship management is an important achievement by employees; both men and women working in the hospitality industry (Hochschild, 2001).

Work Life Balance in Hospitality Industry

As this paper is specifically about the work-life balance in the hospitality industry, so here only this industry will be discussed in detail. Personal and professional goals in a healthy working environment should include work-life balance and it is also important too in the service industry or the hospitality industry is quite possible. However, there are several occasions that the work-life balance does not get achieved by the female employees working in the hospitality industry (Gross, 2001). On the contrary, there are also several cases that women achieve high grounds in the hospitality industry, but in unfamiliar scenarios (Mooney, & Ryan, 2009, 195-210). However, start with an actual analysis and target definition of your (future) goals and allows to combine, on the one hand, the private and the professional goals with the help of a Balanced Scorecard and a life master plan. A brief digression on the self and time management provides numerous methods developed a balanced scorecard and the living master plan will continue to successfully implement in practice. One thing is clear: in the fast-paced professional and distinctive environments, it is imperative to act purposefully in all areas of life (Tonge, 2008, 484-505).
