Introduction

Current label of "terrorists" rather pejoratively, it is a sign that denotes the absence of law and morality. For terrorist groups and their supporters, government sponsored, it is imperative that they not be labeled a terrorist group, so as not to be labeled "terrorists" and the association of "terrorist countries". Group who described themselves as terrorists, therefore, is unknown. It is equally important for the opponents of the group that the label "terrorist" is applied. The appellation of "terrorist" is therefore always deliberately disputed. Attempt a definition invariably cause debate because rival definitions may be used to incorporate the actions of certain parties, and excluding others. Thus, each participant may still subjectively claim a legitimate basis for the use of violence to achieve their own political cause or purpose.

In addition, there is an increasing consensus that most terrorists are somehow connected with Muslims in general or any particular sect of Islam, or any particular interpretation of the Koran. This view is supported by many recent newsworthy acts of terrorism that the Muslim responsibility of applicants, which are also parallel to the silence of the vast majority of Muslim population in regard to these acts of terrorism. It requires some notion of "terrorist" organizations and activities. Lawyers, judges, police, politicians, legislators, NGOs (Global Network of NGOs), and the general public all need some basic definitions of "terrorism" to continue with the fair prosecution and litigation under the law.

Terrorist acts are generally described as chaotic, attacks on civilians or carried out with disregard for human life. The term "terrorism" is often used to assert that the political violence of the enemy is immoral and unjustifiable.

Those called "terrorists" rarely identify themselves so, and instead typically use terms related to their ideological or ethnic struggle, such as the separatists, freedom fighters, liberators, revolutionaries, vigilantes, militias, paramilitaries, guerrillas, rebels, or jihad mujaheddin, or fedayeen, or any similar-meaning words in other languages.
