Introduction

Purpose of the Study

The reason of his paper is to enquire how organisations use a business genuine land parcel scheme to support their comparable strategy. It presents a theoretical and empirical overview and investigation of productive blends of firms' genuine estate- and comparable strategies.

Rationale of the Study

The paper constructs a form that incorporates three genuine land parcel schemes and three kinds of comparable strategies. Case investigations in 10 multinational companies in the Netherlands request the form, and recount and investigate the blends of the firms' genuine estate- and comparable strategies.
