Introduction

This paper aims and analyzing Google's moral responsibility to comply with China's moral duty to protect people's right to receive and transmit information on the internet. In 2006, Google made the decision of launching its search engine in China, Google.cn, which required Google to operate as an official internet service provider, in a communist country where the government enforces all ISP's to censor and remove any content they consider illegal. For this purpose Google had to modify its search engine in order to comply with these censor regulations.
