This assignment will be based on the Graduate Development programme (GDP) of an organization with which that is an ideal working place for the graduates, based on the favourable recruitment opportunities and growth it provides. For the sake of this assignment, we have chosen Leonard Cheshire Disability to be the organization of our choice. The reason for choosing this organization is because it provides an extensive and thorough programme for the development of its graduates and its developmental initiatives for the student graduates are highly successful in achieving the desired outcomes (ASHA, CBM, Handicap International Help Age International, 2010).

Leonard Cheshire Disability is a care providing organization that is committed to provide health and social care to over 21,000 disabled people across United Kingdom and to over 55 countries of the world, since the last 60 years. It is a popular organisation among the graduating individuals according to many surveys relates to the best employers in the U.K. the organizations is considered to be an ideal platform, not only for professional satisfaction and career goal achievements but also because of the social connectivity it provides. While the organization provides successful recruitment facilities, it also realizes its responsibility towards the aggrieved humanity, with every possible effort it makes. This organization will provide the individuals with learning and development opportunities while establishing a moral obligation towards the societal welfare (ASHA, CBM, Handicap International Help Age International, 2010).
