Education System in the U.S

The education system in the U.S. is quite interesting and unique. The education system in the U.S. is in fact has all higher education institutions private, rather than public in many countries. This system is enshrined in the U.S. Constitution; it is the tenth amendment says that the government does not have any right to interfere in the internal affairs of states, and the force system of education for all states to monitor the training programs and much more. Are engaged in the direct supervision of the several states, they make decisions in matters of education, and many others (Tucker, 2004b).

Why is everything so complicated? The fact that the U.S. is quite a young country, and before the formation of this state, the states on the conditions of life and development of the society was very different, so try to keep it all in a single system was not possible. And when to take the tenth amendment to the Constitution of these factors is taken into account (Sparer, 2000). All states were identified common items such as charter, the law of God, the arithmetic plus the need to instill students with the knowledge, technical, and cultural encyclopedia, which were necessary for the development of society.
