Introduction

As green building (English green building) is a building called, the efficient use of resources in the areas of energy, water and material is increased, while the harmful effects on health and the environment are reduced by applying to the planning and redevelopment of appropriate structures particularly sustainable construction is valued. Of these measures of the plant, are planning and the construction of the operation, maintenance and dismantling all affected areas of the life cycle of a building. Green buildings are designed to reduce the overall impact of the built environment on human health and the natural environment through:

efficient use of energy, water and other resources,

Protect the health of building occupants and improve worker productivity,

Reducing waste, pollution and environmental degradation

A similar approach is followed by the building, which aspects of sustainability in the construction of new buildings and the renovation of existing buildings and transfers. Other terms used synonymously for the above processes are sustainable design and "green" architecture. The related concepts of sustainable development and sustainability are integral to green building practices to build. The actual use of green building has several advantages:

reduced operating costs through increased productivity and reduced consumption of energy and water,

improved health of the public and users due to improved indoor air quality and

reduced environmental impact, for example by reducing storm water runoff and the prevention of heat island effects.

Green buildings are responsible for the pollution to the environment by reducing a significant degree, because buildings are mainly in the industrialized nations for a high consumption of land, energy and water and thus the change of air and earth's atmosphere is responsible (Hupp, 2009). In the United States each year opened more than 8,100 square miles of open spaces, wildlife habitats and wetlands.

Within this share in the U.S. were 54% depleted of energy for residential and 46% for commercial buildings.
