Theory of Group Learning

Group learning may be defined as an idea of the interface where people are accountable for their acts, together with learning, as well as admiration of the capabilities and assistance of other members of the group. Disadvantages

1.Inefficiency by distraction: Often, learning and working groups will develop with time for friendly meetings, which focuses on the real objective in the background. To prevent this danger, it makes sense schedule a predetermined time for the collaborative work. It should be made sure that the group discussions are on those topics that have been determined in advance.

2. Loss of Personal benefit: Periodically check for yourself whether you can benefit from working together. Only in this case it is advisable to stick to it. Otherwise, you can achieve through self-study significantly, improve personal achievement, and save a lot of time. Weigh for yourself personally on whether the relationship between your input into the group and what you get back from the group work for you is sensible.
