Introduction

My position as a health care assistant required a great deal of responsibility that I had been striving for that involves a lot of hard work, time management, creativity, and public dealing. Understanding that the company management is the best process to get the people attracted towards the work and keep them motivated with the excellent environment. My personal development plan aims to help and address the implementation for the development of generic skills to reduce the identified gap in evaluation (Drucker, 1999,, 65).

My job involved venipuncture and requires patience and hard work as this work is not easy. It requires 100 percent focus towards the work without any distraction. I had to keep an eye on all the damage that had occurred and all the patients dealing with venipuncture. My job is about spending hours on my record, for every job and spent hours trying to travel from one patient to another. As a assistant I work heard for the job, I understand my responsibility not as just an assistant but as a social worker for the humanity and I possess enough courage to work for the betterment of the humanity.

Personal Development Plan My ability to help others in achieving goals, I believe, is my one of the greatest strengths. As a assistant I would like to be at the position where I could be the expert in the position and related to venipuncture. The experience I have developed being an assistant defines my goals and aims as being into this position. I could grow myself through the learning and different factors that would enable me to provide better services to the patients. It does not only stop here. I could be able to become senior assistant as I love to work and help people who are in some health related problems. My abilities have to been very useful this year but when I need to do my work I have to play an active role in stimulating or conducting classes to share my experiences and I feel great to share my prior experiences with others so that they could be able to cope with the problems and that would not just only increase my reputation but would help in proving that I really care for the humanity (Pfeiffer, 1991,, 142).

I always believed that learning is a lifelong practice. ...
