Introduction

Helicopters are the source of work in several countries for offshore operations especially in oil and gas sectors. It is the most important component of the offshore and, without helicopter there is no imagination of offshore operations especially in United Kingdom and United States. It is the main component of carrying people, employees and other goods including food, first aid and other social work things in quick time. These things are mandatory at offshore operations and without proper safety each operation at offshore become a hazard. There is a continuous assessment of risk in each step of oil and gas industry. It has been researched that, there are millions of flights taken from 1960s. The safety has been observed but, there are vital accident occurred time to time. This is not happened in majority but, whenever any accident is observed it has brought great disaster to the lives of the people and their families as well as economical loss. There is not a single space to compromise the safety in the case of offshore operations because, these operations worth billions of dollars and, ends after several years. This is happened because, when there is any prediction that, sea costs contains oil then, operation start with the help of helicopters these operations have made successful. These operations need severe safety and, run under supervision of several leaders which do not allow any compromise in the safety. We shall first evaluate who are responsible for the safety.
