Hospitality

Introduction

Within tourism studies, hospitality has been one of the most pervasive metaphors, referring to the commercial project of the tourist industry in one sense (such as hotels, catering, and tour operation) and to the social interactions among local people and tourists in another sense—that is, hosts and guests. (Molz and Gibson, 2007) Simply, hospitality can be defined as the liaison between a guest and a host. Nowadays, it is referred as the reception received by people while they are visiting friends and or having a stay at hotel or eating in a restaurant.
