Abstract
The current research study aims to investigate the concept of organizational diversity as the contributing factors for the success of the businesses. The idea of heterogeneity is seen as the foundation of the increasing compatibility with the current challenges of the corporate world. To highlight the significance, the elements such as gender, age and healthcare diversity are viewed as the basis of the study. Thus, the concept of organizational diversity is investigated as the underlying element which is studied in a holistic sense.

This investigative study undertakes the discussion in a much detailed manner and through a comprehensive research. The concept of diversity is explained in a much detailed manner, and then, its usage is discussed in a comprehensive manner in the entire research report.
Statement of the Problem
The main topic of focus in this research study is the investigation of the organizational diversity as the success factor for various organizations. Through this subject, the underlying assumptions are researched which can easily impact the organization by becoming its contributing success factor.
Significance of the Problem
The significance of the problem is the diversity is being defined as a person's age, gender, health and genetic (disability). This specific definition of diversity is used rather than much broader definitions of diversity which can include categories like values, personality types, etc.; for a broad discussion of the term diversity and the multiple viewpoints about how diversity should be defined.
