It has also increased the customization of the businesses and has even reduced the costs of businesses to a certain extent. The developments in the technologies based on Web and the internet, the differences between the conventional markets and the electronic market place all around the world such as the size of the business are being narrowed with the passage of time (Achrol, 2007, pp. 46).
