ABSTRACT
This research focuses to determine the affect of transformational leadership on the organizational performance. A transformational leader focuses on convert others to help each other, looking for others to be encouraging and harmonious, and watch out for the organisation as a whole. In this command, the leader increases the motivation, morale and performance of its group of followers. Furthermore, qualitative methodology has been applied, secondary data has been collected from previous literature then it was critically analyzed and discussed. This research study highlights the major factors of transformational leadership that tend to influence the performance of an organization. Finally, it ahs been concluded that transformational leadership is a critical factor in the management of organisational performance. This form of leadership is a historically established for the social need of people in the organisation of joint activities. The process of influencing people to positions occupied in the organisation is called a formal leadership position. However, its impact on people's official leader cannot rely solely on the position held and the related powers.
