Introduction

An individual should be permitted to express his views in a work place because that involves him more personally in the processes of the organizations and makes him a part of everything as far as that particular organization is concerned.

For a very long time it was believed that the person should keep his views to himself and work as prescribed and ordered at the work place. But now with the advent of globalization when the pace of globalization is in full swings and things are moving much faster than how they used to move earlier on, the processes have become complex and they change much rapidly. That is why it is being felt that the interaction between the employees and the employer and the management and the organization has to go up. Although there may be people who specialize in their respective fields but there are people who may be able to contribute in a lot of ways. That is where and that is how their expression gains prominence. They are the ones who are running the business and they are probably the ones who are interacting with the outside world as well. They will have the desired feedback and they can contribute a lot in terms of their added knowledge and know how. That is why they should be allowed to exercise their right to imprint their expression. They should have a forum and a platform from where such things can be told to others. The management can benefit from their information and they can benefit because they will be supplying something that the organization needs as well. Secondly if one involves someone in the nation they feel that they are part of it and they feel important and that is why it is believed that rewards system works so well in motivating the people that their efficiency and productivity levels go up with up accordingly.

Political expression is a right granted to a people and that is the whole objective behind the democratic types of governments. This way the organization's dynamics can get overhauled and they will change for the better. It is based on making the people part of something and it makes the organization an autonomous body. It will not be autonomous in the way that everyone would do things as and when they please but it will be more like a way of functioning where the people will be able to predict things and come up with plans and ideas with witch things would get better while still following a certain hierarchy of things.
