Because of Katrina numerous of our oil refineries in the district strike by Katrina are down. Although Katrina has had so numerous contradictory consequences on the U.S., some still contend that Katrina had a couple of affirmative consequences on the U.S. Do the affirmative consequences outweigh the contradictory effects? Or is it the other way around? Ultimately, how has the devastation from Hurricane Katrina influenced the finances of the United States?
