On the basis of following ethical concepts the moral obligation of the government will be discussed by providing clear examples from the Inside jobs

Social Contract theory

The basic concept of social contract theory is that it provides the need to maintain social order among them to maintain the level of ethical morality, it is very important to develop such order in order to leave the life among each other with mutual respect and trust. Scarcity: (supply of food, clothes and shelter is limited so if it is not equally distributed that economic scarcity will raise and that will be a huge problem to deal with)
