Immigration

Introduction

Immigration is the gateway to a country or region of people who were born or came from somewhere else. It represents one of the two options or the term migration, which applies to the movement of people from one place to another and these shifts imply a change of residence either temporary or permanent. The two migration options are: migration, which is the departure of persons from a country, region or place to go to a different and immigration, which is the entry into a country, region or place from elsewhere (Fairchild, Pp. 12-44). My purpose of writing this essay is to study the concept of immigration in a holistic context, and to highlight the legal and illegal immigration methods being practiced in the society.

Discussion

The association between illegal immigration and the underground economy is quite common, and control of migration flows is generally recommended to deal with the one as to another. In my opinion, such an approach to these issues is wrong. In the country of origin, immigrants tend to face some legal problems with the migration, largely created by the respective government, which tries to avoid the outflow of migrants, mainly because the vast majority of them are usually young adults of working age and contribute to the development of the country or the targets set by the government. In each country, the obstacles to the entry of immigrants are much clearer and have many facets, both from the respective governments and by the inhabitants of the country and even other established immigrants. In the past, large flows of immigrants made American countries become prosperous and active. The United States traditionally are received (and continue to receive) to immigrants from all over the world (Wallner, Pp. 4).
