Introduction

The world comprises over various countries or independent nations. Every nation or country has its own rules and regulations set by the government of that geographic area. Every country is situated on certain geographic dimensions on the map of this world. Not every country has got all the things within its limited boundaries; one has to go beyond in order to remain benefitted from all the things that are available in other states. Going beyond the national boundaries in order to trade and dealings with other countries means Globalization.

Globalization is defined as the process or a combination of processes of global integration. The Silk Road is a good example of the transformative power that has connected Asia, Africa and Europe together. Through international interaction, nations exchange philosophy, religion and language and take advantage of each other's experiences.

Due to globalization, new policies have been formulated which have opened economies for nations not only domestically but also internationally. After the Second World War and over the past two decades, many nations and governments have formulated a free market economic system, increasing their trade and investment with other nations of the world. Governments and nations have also debated about reducing barriers in commerce and have established trade agreements to promote trade in goods and services (Fernando, 2010).
