Volunteering is famous all over the world. According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics 2007, that there were 5.4 million volunteers in 2006. Volunteers always find their roles that satisfy their needs. The person may support a specific task, or they may have specific needs. It is necessary to motivate the volunteers to work within a particular organization. The authors had carried out research on the motivation of volunteers. There were several journals established which showed motivations for volunteering and importance of volunteering in their lives. There are different methods today to motivate volunteer in a decent way. The basis of successful programs in an organization depends upon the volunteering.

With the passage of time number of methods is increased to motivate volunteers. If volunteers are motivated during work then, they show immense efforts in bringing outcomes. The productivity of an organization can increase many folds if workers of that organization put tremendous efforts in applying inputs. There are numerous methods to incentivize workers in a workplace. Management teams are applying different methods to incentivize workers. Here we can see five methods to incentivize workers which can affect volunteers to continue their services in an organization.

Ensure that Employees has good equipments

Volunteers cannot produce 100% result when they have limited resources related to machinery and equipment. If a company has got 20 years old machinery then, machinery need to be repaired time to time. There are costs and maintenance issues. Volunteers feel a burden to run these types of machineries that is why old machinery needs to be replaced which is not given good performance. Volunteers can feel motivated if they find smooth machinery. If there is good machinery in a workplace workers, and employees feel easy to bring better results, and production, as compared to work with outdated and old machineries. Managers should ensure to give employees best possible supplies and know what is good for them to bring 100% outcomes.

Consider Profit Sharing

Employees can care about the direction of the company by giving them personal stake in the outcome. The employees can be introduced profit sharing plan and other schemes in order to develop their interests. The better performance of companies will bring more money to employees.
