Projects are managed through a concurrent engineering philosophy (CE) for quick market and to achieve the objectives of the project through a short iterative process. CE is the development of products and processes through simultaneous functions to reduce time to market, the cost of the common development and achieve high quality products (Salamone, 1995; Caillaud et al., 1999). Through the multidisciplinary teams in CE, product and process information is transferred and shared understanding of the process and product rapidly. This leads to the achievement of the first attempts to correct design and helps achieve the clarity of the project implementation phase, bringing the overall development of cheaper and more rapid response to market compared with the traditional approach of walls (Joe et al., 1993).
