I have worked with media group. The group-setting theory of media is the theory that the mass-news media have a large influence on audiences by their choice of what stories to consider newsworthy and how much prominence and space to give them. Agenda-setting theory's main postulate is salience transfer. Salience transfer is the ability of the mass media to transfer issues of importance from their mass media agendas to public agendas.

Strengths and weaknesses

I have found that taking a strengths-based approach in working with media is more likely to achieve results in promoting achievement and overall well-being. Such an approach includes highlighting individual and group assets, assisting to create a positive climate. That's where powerful communication skills make all the difference. My personal skills and strengths that gave my organization many benefits That's why communication skill, and presentation skills in particular, are vital for top workers to master. It has explanatory power because it explains why most people prioritize the same issues as important. It also has predictive power because it predicts that if people are exposed to the same media, they will feel the same issues are important. It can be proven false. If people aren't exposed to the same media, they won't feel the same issues are important. Its meta-theoretical assumptions are balanced on the scientific side and it lays groundwork for further research. Furthermore, it has organizing power because it helps organize existing knowledge of media effects.

Drawbacks of strengths and skills for organization

My strength has some drawbacks also which were not beneficial for my organization. I often had difficulty in acknowledging and resolving conflict according to others decisions. I wanted to solve them according to my abilities and skills. Bit that time was not suitable to implement my decisions which created some problems in the group setting in my organization. However, using conflict effectively ensured thorough debate and led to a deeper understanding of issues. From that day I decided not to do mistake legitimate criticism for personal attack.

For groups to be effective, other members also worked together to complete a task. The way group members related to one another and performed a variety of roles was supposed to be the dynamics of the team.
