Introduction

The BASS (Build A Scenario System) is a web-based software application that enables users to create scenarios and “what if” situations. The help desk results are gathered monthly and then presented quarterly in a report to the BASS project management and upper management and in a presentation to BASS project members at the quarterly project meeting. The quarterly report is presented to the higher authority, i.e. supervisor, Ms. Kahn, her managers and higher level managers, and the BASS project team with a secondary audience of BASS users (Shelly, 2010).
